Rules and Regulations
WHO WE ARE:
Group tours and customized itineraries are the focus of Traverze Culture (Tverze), an exclusive international travel concierge tour firm, allowing our travel members to participate in genuine cultural encounters.
To reserve your space, complete the online registration form.
We reserved the right to refuse service to anyone.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (per person) is required to reserve a tour with Traverze Culture. The down payment is included in your total price. At the time of booking, full payment is required if there are less than 60 days till departure.
Requirements
Flights: You are responsible for booking your flights inside the United States or abroad to get you from your starting point to the Tverze meeting location.
Every traveler must obtain the necessary travel documents and visas for each location.
You are responsible for ensuring you meet all medical criteria (immunizations) for your trip.
Trip Itinerary
It is your responsibility to read and understand your travel itinerary, including information about the hotels you will be staying at and their proximity to famous landmarks, the modes of transportation you will be using, the meals and excursions that will be included, the paperwork you will need to submit, the payment deadlines, and so forth. The failure of any travelers to read the itinerary or their assumptions about what is or is not included in the tour will not be held liable by Traverze Culture.
Payments
The whole tour must be purchased because it is offered as a bundle. No credit is granted for any skipped meals, pursuits, or excursions. Making your payment online is easy, thanks to our convenience. Cash, however, is not a recognized method of payment. Traverze Culture accepts all major credit cards. To prevent cancellation, you must ensure your payments are made on time. Two missed payments result in immediate forfeiture of all funds. When your payment is late, Traverze Culture won’t operate as a bill collector and contact you. All payments must be made by the due date for the balance to be fully paid. Any pricing change, schedule modification, or accommodation for any travel service that takes place after full payment for such service shall not be the responsibility of Traverze Culture.
Tour Abandonment
We will reschedule the trip in the unlikely event that it is required to cancel it due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war-related activity, governmental acts, lousy weather, etc. We will provide refunds in a queue based on the booking date as we fill your space if you cannot attend the revised dates, but we cannot promise a refund. If these situations arise, your travel insurance should provide coverage.
Please note that requests for tour cancellations must be made in writing and cannot be made informally. 60 days before the departure date, Traverze Culture must receive a written cancellation. The nonrefundable deposit will be kept with any penalties or cancellation costs levied by the airline, hotel, or excursion. 60 days before the departure date, payment in full is required for all tours. You will lose all the money invested in your time if you cancel for any reason within 60 days of the departure date. This word is unalterable. After 72 hours of receiving your cancellation request, Tverze will respond.
The reason why TVERZE terms are non-negotiable
Our experiences are NON-REFUNDABLE BUT TRANSFERABLE up to 60 days ahead of the trip to provide the group with the best contractual group rates and package prices. After voluntary cancellation, your transferable spot will be held for the remaining 365 days of the calendar year. Any of our current tours may be paid for with transferable funds. Deposits are non-refundable payments made to travel vendors needing them to secure their inventory. As a result, purchasing travel insurance IS NECESSARY.
What is an unscheduled cancellation?
a tour participant who no longer believes their tour is viable. You will be informed that your tour and any cash paid will be forfeited if you fail to make payments for two consecutive months. It must be canceled in writing.
Finding a roommate or canceling a roommate
Although our concierge service will be pleased to set up a roommate match for double or triple occupancy at any traveler’s request, we can only sometimes guarantee one will be available, just as Traverze Culture can not ensure compatibility. You can still try to find your guest roommate to avoid taking this chance. If you do not have a roommate 60 days before your trip, you will be asked to pay the single occupancy upgrading cost.
Travel Protection
Per Tverze, you must purchase travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment. Short-term insurance, called “travel protection,” is designed to guard against “unexpected” travel-related costs and crises, like cancellations, medical expenses, evacuations, loss, or delays. We have partnerships with World Nomads, a renowned travel insurance provider. After the provider receives payment for the travel insurance premium, coverage will start. You can learn more from the Travel Insurance page on our website and even request a quotation. Up to $3000 in lost or stolen baggage coverage, $100,000 in medical coverage, and other benefits are available. All of our travelers are required to get travel insurance, whether they do so on our advice or their own.
Flexibility and Modifications to the Itinerary
Due to unforeseen situations, operational issues, or concerns for your health, safety, enjoyment, or comfort, itineraries are subject to alteration and adjustment. In the odd event that the schedule is significantly changed, Traverze Culture traveler members are informed as soon as feasible and will be given the option of a comparable replacement. Tverze reserves the right to make any modifications.
Communication
Download the free Whats App app, which is available for iPhone, Android, and Windows phones. We will set up a group on this app to stay in touch with you both before and during the trip. (This app needs WiFi to function.)
Video/Photo Release
When you join one of our tours, photos and videos of the trip’s activities are captured throughout the journey and shared with Traverze Culture travel members after the journey. By signing up for this trip, you agree to the taking of any such photos and videos and grant Traverze Culture, its contractors, and subcontractors a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to reproduce for any purpose (including marketing, promotions, and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation. Traverze Culture will not publish your name online or in printed materials without your specific written consent.
Need for physical fitness.
You must be able to walk at least a mile on all excursions and participate in all activities. You should speak with your doctor to establish your fitness level for travel and participation in the planned activities.
Damages/Liability Statement
Any act, omission, injury (including death), loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment, or inconvenience suffered by any person or their property, however arising, which may occur or be incurred by any organization or person, where such act, omission, injury, loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment, or inconvenience may have been caused by World Views or any of its affiliates, owners, officers, agents, or employees, shall not be held liable. You also understand that if you purchase any optional activities (such as shore excursions and tours, regardless of how they are conducted, air travel, and ground transportation), independent contractors will run these activities, and the agreement for their provision will be between you and the third party provider for that activity. To advertise some of our products and meet all of Traverze’s operational needs, the mother company, Traverze Culture LLC, operates through the local chapter or channel of Traverze Culture Africa LTD in Nairobi, Kenya. Traverze Culture Africa is a brand and a division of Traverze Culture LLC.
