For people already living in Kenya who need to navigate the local healthcare system with confidence.
Healthcare navigation, patient advocacy, and care coordination for people who are already living in Kenya and need help using the local healthcare system with confidence.
Who This Is For
This service is for people who are already here. You may have arrived recently, you may have been in Kenya for years, or you may be supporting a family member who is. What you have in common is a healthcare system you did not grow up with and no clear map of how to use it.
- Expatriates, diaspora, and returning residents already living in Kenya
- Retirees and long-stay residents managing ongoing health needs
- Professionals and remote workers who need reliable, timely care
- Families arranging care for a parent, spouse, or child in Kenya
- Veterans and long-term residents coordinating continuity of care
- Anyone who has been referred somewhere and does not know what happens next
This is different from our medical tourism program. Medical tourism coordinates care for people travelling to Kenya for treatment. This service supports people who already live here and need ongoing navigation of the system around them.
What We Help You Navigate
The difficulty is rarely a single appointment. It is knowing which facility, which specialist, in what order, and what to do when something does not go to plan.
Appointment Coordination
Finding the right facility, booking appointments, confirming what to bring, and keeping the schedule moving.
Specialist Referral
Identifying appropriate, accredited specialists and coordinating the referral rather than leaving you to search alone.
Preventative Healthcare
Structured screening schedules, wellness planning, and routine care so problems are found early.
Executive Health
Comprehensive executive health programmes and annual screening coordinated around a working schedule.
Chronic Condition Support
Ongoing coordination for diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune, and other long-term conditions, including prescription continuity.
Medical Records Organization
Consolidating scattered records, test results, and histories into one accurate, portable file.
Family Member Support
Coordinating care for a parent, spouse, or child, including when you are managing it from abroad.
Insurance & Coverage Awareness
Understanding what your cover includes locally, where the gaps are, and how to plan around them.
Patient Advocacy
Advocacy is the part people underestimate. Knowing where to go is one problem. Being heard once you get there is another.
What Advocacy Looks Like
- A single point of contact who knows your history
- Support preparing questions before an appointment
- Help understanding what you were told afterwards
- Coordination between providers who are not talking to each other
- Follow-up so results and next steps do not get lost
- Someone alongside you when decisions feel overwhelming
What We Do Not Do
- Diagnose conditions or interpret results clinically
- Recommend or prescribe treatments
- Replace your doctor or any licensed provider
- Guarantee medical outcomes
- Act as an insurance broker or process claims
- Provide emergency or ambulance services
Traverze Culture is not a medical provider. Doctors diagnose and treat. Hospitals deliver care. Insurers determine cover. Our role is navigation, coordination, advocacy, and planning, so that you can use the system effectively and make informed decisions.
How It Works
Assessment
You complete the Traverze Culture assessment and choose the local healthcare navigation pathway. It covers your situation, healthcare needs, current providers, cover, and goals.
Strategy Session
We review your responses and meet with you to discuss what we found, answer your questions, and set out the options.
Navigation Plan
You receive a practical plan: which facilities and specialists fit your needs, in what order, and what to prepare.
Coordination & Advocacy
We coordinate appointments, referrals, and records, and advocate for you throughout so nothing falls through the gaps.
Ongoing Support
Continuity as your needs change, including follow-up care, chronic condition management, and preventative scheduling.
Why This Matters
People rarely struggle because good care is unavailable in Kenya. They struggle because the path to it is unfamiliar, appointments get lost between providers, records live in five different places, and nobody is following up on their behalf.
Navigation closes that gap. You keep full authority over every decision. What changes is that you stop making those decisions in the dark, and you stop carrying the coordination alone.
Every program is entered by assessment. Choose the local healthcare navigation pathway and we will take it from there.
Traverze Culture is a healthcare navigation and patient advocacy company. We are not a medical provider, hospital, insurance company, or emergency service. All medical decisions, treatment recommendations, and insurance coverage verification remain your responsibility in consultation with healthcare providers and appropriate professionals. This page is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or insurance advice.
