No. We are not an HR outsourcing service, staffing agency, payroll processor, or compliance provider. Our role is structured relocation implementation that supports continuity, productivity, and long-term placement success.
Yes. Family readiness is a core part of organizational relocation success. We coordinate schooling, housing, healthcare navigation, and cultural orientation for accompanying spouses and dependents.

Traverze Culture is a relocation, medical tourism, and global services company operating between the United States and Kenya. We provide structured facilitation, coordination, and integration services, not informal consulting or referrals.
No. Traverze Culture does not provide free consultations, informal advice, or unscreened calls, emails, or DMs. All services begin with a paid assessment.
The assessment ensures readiness and alignment, safety and feasibility, and proper program or pathway placement. This protects both the client and Traverze Culture and prevents misaligned or unrealistic engagements.
No. Payment of an assessment fee does not guarantee acceptance into any program or service. All services are offered by invitation and alignment only.
No. All assessments, consultations, deposits, retainers, and program fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue services at any time based on readiness, qualification, safety, compliance, or alignment.

No. JBE is a curated cultural and impact experience, not a vacation or tour.
No. All JBE payments are strictly non-refundable.
Yes. Medical, emergency, and trip interruption coverage are required.
Yes. Participants may be removed for non-compliance, safety concerns, or misalignment with program values, without refund.
Medical Tourism
Medical tourism involves traveling internationally to receive medical, surgical, dental, or preventative care through accredited facilities and licensed specialists.
Traverze Culture is a certified Medical Tourism Facilitator. We do not provide medical care, diagnoses, or treatment.
Subject to medical review and eligibility: orthopedic procedures, cancer treatment coordination, IVF and fertility services, gynecological procedures, autoimmune-related care coordination, dental and cosmetic dentistry, cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, and preventative and structured holistic wellness programs.
Yes. We work through established hospitals and licensed specialists, and coordinate with facilities appropriate to the client's healthcare goals. Where a specific accreditation applies to a named facility, we will confirm it for that facility.
No. All communication is coordinated through Traverze Culture to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and legal protection.
No. Medical outcomes are determined by licensed healthcare providers, not by Traverze Culture. We do not guarantee outcomes, procedure approval, or the decisions of any provider or insurer.
Yes. All cases are individually reviewed for appropriateness, travel considerations, and program fit. Traverze Culture may decline cases that fall outside our scope or are not appropriate for coordinated international care.
Payments & Policies
No. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Credits may be issued at Traverze Culture's sole discretion and are non-cash and non-transferable, must be used within 180 days, and are not guaranteed.
Yes, where applicable. Mandatory travel insurance is required for relocation services, customized experiences, group or impact-based travel, and Journey Back to Eden (JBE).
No. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, continuation, or outcomes.
Pineville Homes
No. Pineville Homes is an optional integrated pathway within the Traverze Culture ecosystem.
Yes. Existing residential concepts can serve as starting points and may be customized based on the project, site, needs, budget, and approved development scope.
Pineville Homes may support qualified commercial property and development needs connected to relocation, organizational expansion, or East Africa market-entry objectives.
Identify property or development as a goal during your Traverze Culture Assessment. If appropriate, it can then be incorporated into your broader planning and implementation pathway.
Relocation & Integration
Relocation integration is a structured process that supports pre-move planning, arrival and settling in, navigation of daily systems, and cultural orientation and long-term stability. Relocation is not just moving countries. It is learning how to function sustainably in a new environment.
No. We are not an immigration authority and do not guarantee visas, residency approvals, or immigration outcomes. All immigration decisions are made by government authorities.
No. All relocation guidance is delivered through a formal, paid, assessment-led process.
Our core relocation program is the 60-Day Relocation Integration Program, assigned based on assessment and readiness. Additional post-program support is available through Traverze Culture Continued Services and is scoped based on the client's individual needs.
Individuals and families relocating internationally; corporate and employer-sponsored relocations; retired and service-connected veterans; and diaspora clients relocating or returning to Africa.
Exploratory clients may be better suited for the Relocation Discovery Experience, not full integration services.

No. Traverze Culture does not provide medical care, mental health services, or therapy. This pathway focuses on relocation planning, lifestyle considerations, and integration support.
No. This pathway is available to retired veterans, service-connected veterans, and veteran families seeking structured transition support.
No. We do not submit claims, secure approvals, or provide legal or insurance services. We may offer high-level educational context as part of planning.
No. Kenya is presented as an option to explore thoughtfully, not as a promise or solution.
Yes. Veteran families are welcome to participate where appropriate.
